PILATES, CORE ALIGN, GYROTONIC and GYROKINESIS Personal Training and Small Group Classes
Movement Lab's fitness programs are geared towards mind/body awareness; teaching clients about alignment, proper body mechanics and the use of their breath while working out. We consider our classes learning laboratories where you can explore how your body moves, expand your fitness potential and just enjoy yourself.We offer private, duet and small group classes in Pilates, Core Align, GYROTONIC and GYROKINESIS.
Our classes are small, ranging from 3 to 6 people, which enables us to work with you to discover what your body needs, and help you attain it. You get a great workout and learn how to move efficiently in a variety of classes we offer every week.
Classes and private sessions are tailored to a variety of needs and goals including:
